The story starts from season3 episode 9 "return to the New York"
Upon returning home to New York City, the turtles discover that the city has been overrun with Kraang Droids and foot bots. As they travel through the Kraang filled city, they find Splinter fighting with the female turtles. Who are they? And what they wants?

With the plan on capturing them it is then that they only bring the pink one as they discover her life as a Hamato isn't what it was to be believed, as the other three girls come to attack.
