Eve turned to him, and they were once again face to face, mere inches apart. He couldn't look away from her, mesmerized by her eyes that seemed to glimmer in the light. He noticed her lean in a little closer, ever so slightly, then stop, never breaking eye contact. Eventually he caught himself, backing away and looking back at the lyre to show her the next note. He had to control himself, what he felt was... illogical. ---Just a little sample :)))
Description: Eve is a cultural anthropologist aboard Starbase eight, but what happens when a certain captain informs her boss that his ship is in need of a new head anthropologist? Join Eve as she adjusts to life aboard the Enterprise. New friends, new experiences, and maybe.. something more? Spock isn't like anyone she's ever met, and not just because of his pointed ears and greenish complexion.
