Growing bored after the defeat of Nightmare Enterprises, King Dedede decides to find a new source of entertainment- and an answer to a question he'd had for a long while.

He hires a knight from another kingdom -Kitsune Reine- to be, essentially, Meta Knight's rival. Not only for the entertainment, but for the opportunity to see his face.
