The SUPERS

Maia Super, the fat daughter of her famous Latino lawyer parents, didn't think that when she ran away from home, she'd actually be chased by someone. But that's exactly what happens after accidentally revealing her super strength to a cute boy named Ian by falling out a window and walking away without a scratch. Too distracted by her plans to escape from under her parents' collective thumb, she ignores Ian's threats as a self-proclaimed Hunter, confident she can escape him too.

But a chance encounter with Cole, a young man struggling with invisibility powers, changes her mind. Cole explains that he's in hiding from the Hunters and that their operation is more vicious than it appears.

Meanwhile, Ian, who had started his mission in hopes of redemption, begins to see the flaws of Hunting through his pursuit of Maia, and teams up with her as he becomes cognizant of powers of his own. The three work together to successfully bring down the Hunters organization, thinking they have cut the head off the snake, but come to realize that they've only managed to bash in one head of the hydra.
