King has diseases that only happen every year constantly in the full month whenever King lost everything.
And the only people who know the whole story is Meliodas because he's his older brother; Merlin because the first time they met and she is seen as an older sister but not exactly said, and Gowther because he is his boyfriend.
Ban only knows a little but not a lot only about Elaine. The others just know he always gets sick but just don't know why or just don't care.
