Mature
Are you willing to relive trauma for a boy you really like, or at this point, practically in love with, but can't bring yourself to say the L word out loud?
Welcome to the life of Victoria Moore, a 15 year old skater girl/bookworm who is struggles with anxiety and grief since her older brother Jonathan died from Leukemia cancer when Victoria was 13.

Just as Victoria stands up to Tess Morgan (the Mean Girl who made freshman year a living hell) and finally has her first kiss with David Ladron (a bad boy with a heart of mischief), she is forced to move back to Baldwin Park. A city nearby the hospital where Jonathan died.
The one place where Victoria does not want to return.
Though she says her farewells to her rich BFF Mal Warner since 6th grade & a kindling romance with David Ladron, Victoria vows to come back to Pittsburgh.
One day, Victoria goes exploring Hopefield Hospital to reminise the memories of Jonathan's 6 year long cancer journey. In the Path of Roses, she meets a boy with mysterious looking ocean eyes named Jordan Walker.
As Victoria starts getting used to Baldwin Park and becoming close friends with Jordan and his wild friend group, she finds out that Jordan Walker has quite a dark history.
A type of history that will change the course of their friendship forever, forcing Victoria to decide whether or not she should stay in Jordan's life or leave behind the only boy in the world who made her feel things she hasn't felt since Jonathan's death.
