Romance
Lydia is about to start her senior year and she is dreading it since the mean girls of her school just can't seem to leave her alone. Then, all of a sudden, her dad gives her amazing news. Goodbye New York, hello Florida! At this news, Lydia is excited but will that stay after all the events that occur? New people come into her life, unexpected sparks fly, and jealousy starts to get the best of people. During Lydia's shitty first day, this happens.. Preview of chapter 1: I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I feel myself falling forward. "What the hell" I say as I almost face plant to the floor. Perfect. Turning around, I see the guy walking away not even bothering to look back. Jerk. Rolling my eyes I make a move to get up when I see an extended arm in front of me and look up to see a boy with hazel brown eyes and fluffy brown hair smiling down at me. "Hey there, falling for me already? I haven't even introduced myself yet" Rolled my eyes again, I take his hand. "Ha ha very funny" "So cutie, I didn't quite catch your name" he says winking. "Lydia, how about you lover boy?" He smiles. "Oo flirting back are we?" Now it's my turn to smile as I respond. "Guess we are" He laughed, giving me butterflies "The names Aaron" He finally said. "Thanks for helping me up" "Thanks for falling" As we just stand there looking into each others he dramatically falls to the floor which makes me laugh. "Whoops, looks like I fell for you. Guess we're even then" He smiles. He laughs when I wrinkle my nose and help him up. "That was cheesy" I say with my nose still wrinkled. "Did it work?" "Maybe" "Just maybe?" We stand there smiling at each other again until the bell rings. "See ya around cutie" he says walking backwards. "See ya lover boy" I say copying him earning another smile from him. He gives me a final wink before turning the corner, leaving me with my racing thoughts. "What the hell was that" I whisper to myself. And the fun has only just begun. (Sorry it's long) :)

Stephanie Walker - straight-A student, sweet, pretty, and every parent's dream. Her life is perfectly planned out... until her senior year trip throws her into the chaotic orbit of the school's golden boy. Now her final year in high school isn't looking so simple. "Don't let me catch you, cupcake," his voice boomed from downstairs, and I took off running. I ducked behind a pole, heart racing, trying to calm my nerves. Way to go, Stephanie, my subconscious snarked. His footsteps echoed closer. "Where are you, cupcake?" he called out playfully. Like I'd actually tell you, I thought, holding my breath. Silence. Then, warm fingers snaked around my waist, and I didn't need to turn to know it was him. "Found you," he whispered in my ear, and a shiver zipped down my spine. "How?" I breathed, turning to face him. His smirk told me he knew exactly what he was doing to me. Get it together, fool, I mentally scolded myself. "Want the sugarcoated version or the truth?" he teased. I raised a brow at him. "I could smell you from a mile away," he whispered, tucking a lock of hair behind my ear. Butterflies. So many freaking butterflies. "That was the sugarcoated version," he added with a grin. I blinked, narrowing my eyes. "The pole didn't hide you well. Your cardigan was sticking out," he shrugged. And then came the smirk. "Now, time for my revenge." I barely had time to process before something soft and powdery rained down on me. I wiped my face. Flour. He did not just dump flour on me even if I started it. Mature, much? I thought bitterly. Poker face on. "Real mature," I said, brushing past him with fake annoyance. Time to activate drama mode. "Come on, babe, you can't be mad..." he called after me. This book is everything. You NEED to read this.
