Kathleen had been imprisoned for years. She had no idea who they were or why she was there. Every day for years it had been the same thing. No talking or communicating with her captors after the first year she no longer tried. Getting beaten for making any noise at all. They didn't even speak within hearing distance of her. She was given a book and daily exercise but hadn't seen the sun or outside since she was put in her cell. Until that day when it all changed. Aliens existed and she was going somewhere with them, not sure as to where but at least she was out of her cell. She would not go back in one no matter how nice her new 'cage' seemed. Well, what's more exciting is that Lila literally runs into one of the people playing in the show, the young actor Milo Manheim. And he's staying in the same hotel she is! "Aloha, Lila" is one of the first things he says to her, and it's on from there. She didn't really want a romance in Hawaii, just a chill break from life, healing from a bad breakup and maybe prepping for more college. Well, fate had other plans. She never fathomed that she could befriend and possibly have a Hawaiian romance with a tall, hot Disney heartthrob with big beautiful brown eyes, a killer smile, and a heart as big as he is. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FYI: There will be spoilers for the show Doogie Kamealoha, so I recommend watching it (on Disney +, two seasons) before reading.
