A writer who's down on his luck is forced to open old wounds when his father dies. But when he claims what little remains of his inheritance, he also finds hope in an unfinished manuscript his father left behind. 
Siezing the opportunity that has readily presented itself, he gets to work. But each day, he wakes up to find that more words have been added, and those words didn't come from him. 
As he struggles to understand this strange phenomenon, he soon learns that this story isn't at all what it seems.
