Marianne Moons has been best friends with Barry Allen and Iris West since they were kids. She has liked Barry while Barry was in love with Iris. After the accident made them the impossible Marianne becomes an ass kicking cat girl that can shoot plasma beams from her finger tips and create force fields, powers that are very useful to Barry. But those aren't Marianne's only powers. She has a lot to learn about her powers. As they spend more time together then they ever did Barry realizes that Marianne has always had a crush on him. Now they fight Meta-Humans together, growing closer together, learning and falling in love.
