This however was not always the case.
Princess Alyssa was one of the few unfortunate ones at love.
Princess Alyssa grew up in her kingdom and was taught to be a Queen since childhood, she unlike her father had always been kind and loving, her kindness is what brought her to the stables every night to play with a certain stable boy.
Armani Jones, A stable boy since birth. He had faced a hard childhood, always getting beaten for any little reason the higher class saw fit until Alyssa came along. To him she was his hero and to her he was her hero.
Princess Alyssa wasn't always an obeying daughter, she always disregarded King Knox orders to stay away from the boy. The king couldn't fandom the thought of his daughter being near a nobody stable boy, to make matters worse the boy was African American. King Knox forbade the princess from seeing the boy but she didn't listen.
