This is based on Episode 1, Season 1 of The Rookie, now viewable on Hulu.  This is a spanking/discipline fanfiction story. 

The show is based on Officer John Nolan, a 45 newly divorced man from PA, who has just joined the LAPD. He has to adjust to his new position and gain the acceptance of his colleagues, who think he is too old to be a rookie. 

In this scene, a training officer, Tim, has overstepped with his hazing of one of the new officers, Lucy Chen. He pays the price when he is disciplined by Sergeant Grey.
