We live in a world where everyone is supposed to be born human, and is supposed to stay human. So that must mean everything is peaceful, right? Everyone will be happy, and have the perfect life.. right..?

 Wrong.

If you just so happened to not be born like the rest, it's your fault.

 There are bastards out there that will hurt innocent people, and won't think twice; they certainly don't  care  about the other persons feelings. The only person who matters is themself.

So, that means you can take little children and torture them? Take their blood, experiment on them? 

Yes, they are just little toys with no emotions, nothing  more.

Forced and driven to work like an adult. treated worse than an adult to 'train' them. At eighteen they are given the option to stay or leave. If you leave, they wipe your memory of it. If you stay. you get upgraded to 'Officer' and control the new enslaved children.
