Reaper also thought his love for a certain blonde-haired soldier would die, but apparently, he was also wrong about that. But a lot has changed since Overwatch and Blackwatch, Reaper might still have feelings for 76 but that doesn't mean 76 has feelings for Reaper. Does it?
