This is my first fanfiction ever so please, no hate... but I do take constructive feedback. This book is also mainly for my friends so the people that aren't actually in the book is most likely people we know irl. There's also quite a few inside jokes in here that you might not understand but we do. Credit goes to; S.E Hinton for the amazing book and My 7th grade ELA teacher for introducing me to the biggest obsession I've had in a long time. The biggest shout-out is to my friends who have helped me a lot in getting this book ready for all you guys!

People wearing weird clothes only Socs would wear, get out the car. "Hey grease! What are you doing here!" One yells. Grease? Who says grease in 2017? Wait. Grease? The gang is with him the whole time and tries their hardest to keep him at his best, but Johnny becomes irrational, too unpredictable for the gang to even understand but Johnny doesn't go down alone, he brings someone with him.

we both love the outsiders and johnnyboy so why not write oneshots about them?! the au we're going to mostly be using is that they're living in our time (still the same setting). here's some details about it: • ages: darry - 23, soda - 19, pony - 17, johnny - 16, dally - 20, steve - 20, two-bit - 21 and a half. (we upped everyone's ages by 3 except johnny, because we originally upped pony's by 3. so we made it fair) • dally lives alone with his two puppers :') their names are booper (a sheltie + corgi mix) and waffle (a dachshund)! (he's a college drop out, but has a paying job) • darry is a college graduate and has a job that he loves. soda, steve, and two bit are still in college and are living with their families. • pony and johnny are, of course, in high school. • everyone's families are the same. (except maybe the fact that their parents are willing to pay for school. idk if they don't in the book) • everyone's personalities are the same.
