A somewhat awkward brunch with an old friend.
Everything is simple at first when Hina and Vil Schoenheit agree to meet while he's in town for a series of photoshoots. When a surprise weather alert has her offering him a place to stay, it seems almost like the world itself is trying to keep him from leaving. And soon enough, Hina and her small family aren't entirely certain that they want Vil to leave at all.

Nicole has to face her deepest fear, her literal cloned self who's inexplicably banging the monster they spent all of book 1 killing, and the only solution is that someone has to sacrifice their life for the good of the others, and this time they have to fight a god to do it. Ancient evil rises to shows it's true form, a corrupt shadow government breaks down, the gods cannot help you anymore, and Nicole once again faces a unique problem...what the hell to do with the other Nicole. Evil doppelganger, lost soul just trying to fit in, or the only friend who truly understands her? The only way to find out, is to trust and turn her back, hoping not to have it stabbed by herself.Completa
