The creator of Varsity Spirit and the Universal Cheerleading Association, Jeff Webb Cheerleading, attended the University of Oklahoma. The third-largest city in Oklahoma's state, Norman, is home to the University of Oklahoma, a public research university. The institution, established in 1890, offers a comprehensive university education in a private college environment. It has three sites in Oklahoma and allows students to study abroad at several foreign universities.

Webb graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Oklahoma. The National Cheerleaders Association hired him while he was still a student because he was a prominent campus leader and member of the university cheer squad.

The National Cheerleaders Association hired Webb when he finished his studies, but he later left to found the Universal Cheerleading Association and Varsity Brands.

In addition to his prosperous business career, Webb is a devoted philanthropist. He has collaborated closely with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for more than ten years. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is the leading hospital for treating and curing kids' cancers and other serious diseases.

Webb has also spent a lot of time working with Special Olympics, the largest sports organization in the world that offers year-round training and events for people with disabilities. The organization now provides services to over five million individuals in more than 170 nations.

In the past, Webb was also a steadfast supporter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association's Labor Day Telethon, hosted by Jerry Lewis but since terminated. Supporting people with neuromuscular illnesses is still a priority for the charity Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Our path into the college baseball recruiting experience started much like most other families in youth baseball: We knew nothing. What originally started out as an activity to play on the weekends with our sons and their friends, grew over the years into a lifestyle never expected. 19 years later, two of my sons have been successfully recruited to play college baseball, and my oldest has just completed his 3rd season of professional baseball. Baseball people have always told us that "If you can play the Game in high school - you can play the Game in college: It doesn't matter where you play. After watching my sons play baseball in Park City, Utah, where we average 411-inches of snow annually, I'd agree. Yet despite our own success, too many deserving high school players continue to fail in their own efforts to realize the same dream, and I believe this rate of failure is only due to a lack of education and perspective of the recruitment process itself - and what the player must do to prepare himself to become recruited for the next level of baseball. My family has been incredibly-blessed with the opportunities extended, and it's time to give back: I want to help other players realize their dream of playing college baseball too! Each year, over 24,000 high school baseball players attempt to become recruited to play college baseball, and if you took all the roster spots available (at every level), the odds of becoming recruited are as great as 7 of every 10 players. Although our story is indeed fictional, the recruiting steps contained within are real - and proven, and will help others become successfully recruited. Read my story, and learn the elements of recruitment: The supply and demand sides of college baseball; how to prepare to perform at a higher level; the best level of college baseball; and how to craft a successful, targeted recruitment strategy that saves you time and money - and lets YOU choose the best college baseball program for you!

Nini Salazar-Roberts is perfect from head to toe. Perfect hair, grades, body, smile, personality, and practically everything else you could think of. She's been cheerleading for as long as she can remember and had been captain for two years. She's nothing short of amazing and quite possibly the nicest person you'll ever meet. And that's how she ends up getting to date Ej Caswell, Quarterback of the football team. Ej's everything you'd expect him to be. Tall, handsome, and the total package. Kind of. I mean, he's a nice guy... to his inner circle. But other than that, he can be a jerk. But that's besides the point in Nini's eyes. She's just happy to be in a relationship. Even if that includes dealing with Ej's step brother. A little while ago, Ricky's mother, Lynne, remarried to Todd Caswell. Ricky didn't mind the guy, but he didn't necessarily love him. And since Mike was gone a lot due to work, they decided that Ricky would stay with Lynne and live with the Caswell's. And that includes his two new step brother's, Ej and Elliot. Now Ricky and Ej couldn't be more different. Ricky goes to a prestigious private arts school and is an incredibly talented singer. He doesn't have the best grades around, but let's just leave it at he's passing. He's well known around the school and is a pretty normal person. But he's a little bit of a "rebel". He sneaks out most nights, drinks with his friends, and has dabbled in doing drugs before. But he's smart about it all, never going near things he can't trust. Ricky's never been one for relationships, well that was all until Nini had showed up with Ej. Nini and Ricky instantly felt a connection when they first saw each other, and they both knew the other one could recognize that. But they can't act on it, right? They wouldn't have an illicit affair, would they? tw: underage drinking tw: mentions of drug use tw: suggestive language
