Standing nearby, he watched the girl as she continued to struggle, hopelessly wrenching her arm, clinging onto the tiniest glimmer of hope. He stood there transfixed, the hint of his smile barely noticeable, allowing no comprehension of the pleasure which coursed though him. He gazed at her, admiring her beauty.
