Quinn Hargreeves, or Number Eight is one of Reginald's adopted children. Her extraordinary ability? The ability to shrink and become so small, she could fit inside a pocket! She can shrink other things too.
Quinn was not born on October 1st 1989, like her siblings. She was born 4 years later, on March 11th 1993, along with 22 other babies like her. Mr. Hargreeves adopted because of her special powers. 
The girl grew up with her older siblings in a huge house. The children had everything! A home full, of luxury, a robot-mom named Grace, and a father. But they didn't have freedom. All Reginald cared about was himself.
