Some people fall in love easily. Lambert fell in love kicking and screaming. Aiden is an annoying motherfucker; he's loud and short tempered and emotional- and everything Lambert never knew he wanted.

With Aiden, Lambert was happy. But then Aiden was murdered, and Lambert was left broken, with no one to pick up the pieces.

Now years later, Eskel returns home one winter with a feral witcher that turns out to be Aiden. With no memories, a missing eye, and nothing but aggressive instincts, Aiden is even more broken than Lambert. But Lambert is not so easily deterred. Destiny has given him a second chance with the man he loves and he'll do everything in his power to put him back together.

The Metaphorical Key Book II- Forge the Path

23 parts Complete

(If you haven't read the first book, stop here! Don't spoil yourself, the first book is also on my profile) The death of a friend can break a person, or reshape them. It could be the straw that broke the camel's back, or a motivator, a push in the right direction. Aiden isn't sure where he falls. All he knows is the guilt and the desire for vengeance. Maybe things could've been different if he hadn't made such a disastrous mistake. But then an opportunity arises for Aiden to learn more about his fallen comrade, to get to know him even beyond the grave. And like death, everything that follows could make or break the rebellion. Note: This story contains a subplot featuring a romance between two boys. It's presented as normal. If you have a problem with the lgbt+ community, then this isn't the book - or authour - for you. I'm a member of the community myself. Happy pride month! Spread love, not hate. <3
