Saya Kazami's family have trained for centuries as members of the Koka Shinobi (or ninja) clan. A group specialized in covert missions and were well known for being deadly mercenaries in feudal Japan.
In a modern world with heroes nor villains, the Kazami clan have remained neutral on all matters, until the League of Villains reach out to them with an offer - one that cannot be refused. Remake the world, with shinobi on top.
Now Saya must attend UA High School as a spy for the League. Her heart is torn between the duty to her family and the ideals of heroism. Will she be able to maintain her cool exterior and follow orders? Or will she crack under the pressure of a certain 1-A student.

And hey, maybe her quirk being on the more physical side wasn't an ideal setting, but that quirk is what got Komi through the UA High School Hero Exam and earned her a spot in Class 1A, along side her brother.
