Holly Bellberry, a first year student, began her studies at Hogwarts in 1963. Making new friends was easier than she had expected but her magic being on the fritz is just the start of her problems. Something isn't right, why can't she perform even the most basic of spells? Rumor spreads that Hogwarts has enrolled its first ever squib. With each passing day she grows weaker and the darkness within her grows stronger. It's not supposed to be this way. Someone did this to her, but why? Does her unlikely friend have something to do with it or is he only hiding the truth to protect her. The ministry has suspicions of a dark wizard agenda terrorizing the "unworthy" by stripping them of everything that makes them magical. Maybe her estranged family obsessed with purity will have answers. Can Holly and the people she trusts most bring an end to her own torture and protect others from suffering the same fate? Or will those very people betray her?

Everybody is shocked when Olivia arrives at Hogwarts during the 5th year. No one seems to know anything about her, except Dumbledore. And many want to know... Names and characters (except the main character) are taken from JK Rowling's work. I don't own any of them. Nevertheless, the story is my invention. I don't agree with Rowling's homotransphobic views. DISCLAIMER: In this story: Narcissa and Bella are step-sisters and are not blood-related. The only challenges Harry had to face were stealing the Philosopher's Stone from Lord Voldemort and sending his ghost away in the Chamber of Secret. The Three Wizards Tournament didn't involve Barty Crouch Junior at all and everything went well, in fact Cedric didn't die in the last challenge. Sirius was at Azkaban until Harry went to Elementary school, then he was freed by Dumbledore and was sent home; he needed to prove to the Ministry of Magic he was capable of taking care of himself and only after six years he found out about his Godson. Harry has been living at Grimmauld Place with Sirius ever since he went to Hogwarts. Lord Voldemort hasn't risen completely yet. Luna, Ginny and Astoria are all in the same year. Remus works at the Ministry of Magic and comes to visit Sirius once in a while. Olivia, the main character, grew up half with Bellatrix and half with Sirius, but only in the present time he could win the battle with Bellatrix and send Olivia to Hogwarts.
