Isabel got the dream powers when she was 12. Nia has been showing her the ropes of what it means to be Dreamer. Noah is an 12 level intellect. just like his father Brainy, Querl Dox.
Also, both go to National City High School with Esme' and Jacob. of course, they're parents are training them to be superheroes as well.

But they had a backup plan... in case Supergirl and the super friends destroyed them. they created new elements to finish what they started! Water🌊, Ice❄️, Gravity🪐, Nature🌿, Mind Control👁🗨and Emotion. But they don't have mortality, they could only give them Mortality or Powers...
One or the other. So, they chose "powers."
