Once upon a time, there was a princess...isn't that how most romances start? Isn't this original? Well, in this case, there is no princess, just a girl who might need a knight in shining armor and a knight who needs a girl to save.

Charlie, a 17 year old girl with a life. That is a perfect summation for her. She was average in every way. Brown hair and brown eyes, not too tall, not too short, made average grades, nothing that got her in trouble, nothing that raised expectations.

Dylan, an 18 year old who didn't give a flip about anything. He was tall 6'3 with curly hair and unique eyes. He had friends who he didn't mind, made okay grades, and was going on to welding school after graduation. He was a happy go lucky guy, a go with the flow type of person.

What happens when the silent in the background meets the golden retriever boy trying to get her out in the sunlight? Lol, they get together, but the ending is made that much better by the journey.
