Ever since middle school, Jason Grace and Luke Castellan are always competitive to the point that they will do anything to see who is better. Like when Luke's team won a football match against Jason's and when Jason got the highest score in exams and etc.
Now that they are in Goode High School(these two are sophomores & classmates btw), nothing changed between them.......................
Percy on the other hand, had been severely abused by a certain smelly mf named Gabe and also bullied by Drew and Ocatvian. After Gabe got arrested, Percy felt free from him but he is scared to let anyone in due to the damages of his past.
Percy transfers to Goode High School(he is a juino in this story btw).
