A scream. In front of the young colt was the mutilated bodies of his parents. A tall dark red figure stood over them laughing like a deranged maniac... A sadistic, malicious laugh that echoes through ice's ears. He was too young to understand, but his parents were dead. And the dark shadow with a red tint stared at him with glowing red evil eyes. "Ahh... I see they have a colt... But I'm full so you are just garbage to me...... Worthless... I think I'll just leave you out in the cold to freeze and slowly die!! HAHAHA!!" the evil creature spoke with a psychotic tone to his voice. And then he grabbed the baby pegasus by the tail and threw him violently into a cardboard box. The dark red shroud of evil had brought him outside and threw the box onto the freezing ground into the snow, the wind howled violently and snow crystals pelted the box almost like they were trying to break through the cardboard box. "Worthless creature! Here have this book for entertainment, maggot!"

Being transparent, this story is an MLP fanfic that started out as a pet project of mine, but I finished it a few days ago, and I felt it's finally time I share it. Sure, it starts out with typical "OC meets canon character" stuff, but it gets good, I swear! Seriously, this story gets quite insane by the end, and while I don't blame you if you don't read every single chapter... at least read the tenth chapters, because that's usually where it gets the most insane. I might even upload said tenth chapters before the others because... well, I'm going to be rewriting a lot of stuff, and I'm not gonna make you wait to get to the good parts. By the way, the story contains a lot of No More Heroes/Bayonetta influences, and some Devil May Cry ones earlier on. Also, please keep in mind that while I do try to write the characters canon to the show as accurately as I can, I try to write them with a bit more sincerity, as if they're people instead of cartoon ponies. Then again, take my attempt at a more realistic portrayal of the characters with a grain of salt. I'm still an amateur writer after all, so whether or not the characters do actually act like more realistic versions of the characters from the show is up to you to judge. The Unicorn and the Pegasus
Once upon a time there lived a poor family in ponyville. They were poor but still lived happily because they had their two twin fillies which they loved. They were twins that were born with rare eye colours. One a unicorn mare named Rosetta and the other a pegasus colt named Thunderscore. These twins were always spending time with each other and they lived happily together. Then One day when Equestria was under attack, their small house was destroyed and their mother and father had to flee somewhere else. To solve this problem, the mother and father took the twins to Canterlot to explain to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna about their situation. Worried that the family would not be able to afford to take care of both of the children with the bits they currently have, they came to a conclusion that they would separate the two twins. Their mother the unicorn would take Rosie and stay with the Princesses in the castle to Study Magic as Celestia's student, and thunderscore would stay in Cloudsdale with his father the pegasus in a newly built home. They also cast a spell onto both of the twins so that neither of them would remember that they even had a twin. Although they have all that they could ever need, they still can't help but feel like they are missing something from their lives.Complete

I've been really into this new mlp trend, I even drew some of the ponies that will be in the story I'm writing but you won't see them till they're relevant to the story. this story follows the Maine 6 during this outbreak, that no one knows how it started or where it came from. it's spreading quickly infecting many and striking fear in everypony. our 6 friends hope they can find a way to stop it before it kills all of Pony kind but.... will they succeed? That is the question on everyponies mind.
