The stories was about a young delinquent name Keiji Shizuku, who just graduated in middle school and went to Ebara Commerce School at Chikuni City (also known as S.W.O.R.D. City) , but due to his higher and better grades than any average students and delinquents, he decided to transferred to another school far away from S.W.O.R.D. and wanted to have an actual graduations. He was transferred to another school called "Hatarata High School" at Owari, Nagoya but his arrival at the city might or will change the fate for the his action will shaken the very hearts of Nagoya and will made him a legend.
