Ancient magic is unpredictable.

After centuries of witches and wizards risking their lives to research the indescribable and studying its potential to benefit the wizarding world, many have mysteriously died, while others suffered a fate worse than death. This caused the British Ministry of Magic to close any investigations concerning ancient magic. 

Aella Zhen starts her first year in Hogwarts as a fifth-year who recently discovers she possesses the rare ability to detect and wield a forgotten form of magic. With havoc brewing of a goblin rebellion, dark wizards set on capturing her, and an influence to challenge the limit of magic. Aella must choose whether to accept her fate or decide a different path to survive to the end whilst saving the wizarding world too.

Ciri is a powerful Auror who learns that an organized group of Dark wizards have somehow gained knowledge of ancient magic and are on the hunt for repositories. You may or may not see some familiar faces from the original Harry Potter series... Part 1 has spoilers for the main quests and storyline/ending of Hogwarts Legacy. If you're more interested in what happens after the game, Part 2 will be for you. Side note: As most of you can probably gather, the MC was inspired by none other than Princess Cirilla Riannon in the Witcher series. She's one of my fav fictional characters of all time :-)
