Earth is gone and emille knows as well as Julie that its only a mere memory now. When krons ship is boarded by half metal humans Emille and Julie are taken captive only to be rescued by real humans and brought to a seemingly identical to earth planet called Triton.
There they meet Dennis Briston, the governor of Triton who doesn't seem bad, but emille knows better then to trust a friendly face. Convicted for treason and murder Emille and Julie make a new friend who helps them survive the deadly forces of Briston.
As Briston grows more fierce in his search for Emille, Emille begins to question whether he is the good guy
