The glorious NYC life, trash everywhere, high rent, constant cat calling, and criminals every corner you take. Y/N used to dream of living in New York since she was a little girl. After an incident happens when she's in college, all of her friends and family decide to abandon her. For a fresh start, Y/N decides to move to her dream city. Now that she has nobody, and actually lives in NYC she finds that she hates it. Being a bartender, female, and single? Boy if that doesn't make somebody hate their life nothing else will. Y/N is tired and already getting ready to live somewhere more cheap and friendly, but then on one of her last days on the job she finds herself captivated by a man that starts becoming a regular. Little did she know, she is quite intrigued by none other than Bucky Barnes. The Winter Soldier. She becomes fond of him and while she longs to be more than his bartender she knows it will never be anything. She feels as if her soul wants to know more. No, that she needs to know more.

However on Buckys side, after being dragged to a small bar he had no interest in, he finds himself longing for a bartender. He wants to know more, he needs to know more. All he can think about is that bartender, and going to see her, to talk to her, to know more. All he can think about is her. What is gonna happen when he realizes she has powers that can lead to her becoming a possible avenger, and giving him a chance to know her more..
