This story takes place before group A was sent up into the Glade.
16 year old Clara gets sent up to a mysterious place called the Glade. The Glade is home to about 35 gladers (who are girls) who work all day to keep themselves sane. They all have no memory of who or what sent them there, nor of who they where. All they have is the name that W.I.C.K.E.D gave them and common Knowledge of how things work. When Clara finally gets used to the routine of living there, the thing she loved most was ripped from her grasp.
I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS FROM THE MAZE RUNNER SERIES! That includes: Thomas, Newt, Alby, Minho, Chuck, and Gally

To say that the Gladers were extremely confused once they realized who was sent up in the lift this time, was a complete exaggeration.
