September 8th 1979 000 and 001 were freed from Brenner's control. 001 went on a rampage at the lab, killing nearly everyone, but 000 managed to save two of his 'siblings', 009, and 010.
After finding his brother attempting to kill 011 the two brother fight, only it doesn't go how 000 planned, ending with both him and 001 being sucked down into a different dimension.
Four year later as he hunts down food he finds a girl stumbling her way through the woods. He re-emerges back into the real world through a red portal, similar to the one he was thrown into years ago and sets out to help save a lost little boy and destroy the creatures that escaped.
