It's William's first year at Ardent Academy and he is already hated by the other students, especially Est, who hates that he's a Raven, but also that he is arrogant about everyone and everything, William also hates him, hates how cocky he is, and how blindly loyal he is to the Crown. Fate seems to pull them together when a string students begin to vanish at the school. And maybe along the way they begin to understand each other. and maybe that will be the beginning of their end.
