Alors qu'il fouille un temple au cœur de la jungle avec Carlos, Tracker libère sans le faire exprès le sorcier Aztèque vieux de plusieurs siècles Mago, prisonnier d'un vieux sarcophage. Ce dernier, ayant retrouvé la liberté, jette un terrible sortilège sur le temple et ses alentours et transforme tous ceux qui s'y trouvent en statue de pierres froides. Carlos se retrouve transformé en statue, mais pas Tracker.
Pour libérer son meilleur ami et vaincre le méchant sorcier, Tracker va devoir trouver le légendaire Arbre de Vie, un arbre magique capable de soigner toutes les blessures, les maladies et capable d'annuler tous les sortilèges. Seulement, les recherches vont être plus compliqués que prévue...
