The Haunting Past

Trembling in fear, Sarah a 14 year old girl found herself in the middle of a large still lake. Confused of where she is and what was happening she paddled slowly. While paddling she saw something in the midst of the fog. Curious of what that thing is, She rowed her boat closer. As she was getting closer and closer she saw a young girl of about 6 years of age standing in the water. Terrified, she almost had a heart attack. She wanted to paddle as fast as she can going to the other direction but her arms won’t move. She was completely frozen scared. The girl with a glaring eyes spoke to her saying “You dare replace me?”. Sarah, didn't have any chance to question or even answer the girl. Her boat then suddenly flipped over and she fell into the water. Grasping some air she heard the girls laughs and giggles. She was so scared and even thought of dying. Then suddenly,….
