"A Place To Call Home" takes you on the adventures of Grace, or as her friends call her Gracie, Moore and her adventures as she moves from her home town of Bridgeport,Connecticut to Los Angles,California. Moving over 2,000 miles away has been hard for Gracie, leaving her friends and family behind. She has to start over, which is what she wanted, but will it be harder than it seems?
