And there's something physically wrong too - a figure that lurks in the smoke, fog, and shadows - a silhouette the deepest black he'd ever seen, the kind that brought an unsettling feeling to Frank's stomach, and really Frank's wasn't one to be overly twitchy about things like this, but from the moment he first met him, he could never shake the feeling that the figure was always following him. When he falls deeply in love with the school's literal demon. Gerard Way. Even though he acts tough and strong on the outside, he has a medical problem that could possibly kill him. No one knows except his divorced mother and his brother. So when he spills his heart out to Frank, he just hopes that he'll take it the right way.

But one day, when a boy with tattoos picks him up from his alley, things start to change drastically. Now, he was crushing on this guy. There's nothing bad about that, right? Wrong. He was crushing on a guy who'd be dead in about a month. And he had no. Damn. Clue. Will Gerard fall in love and save Frank from himself? Or will he learn that not all good things are meant to be? Only time will tell....
