The final destination of the trek is the Everest Base Camp, located at an altitude of 5,364 meters. The base camp is the starting point for climbers attempting to summit Mount Everest and is a popular destination for trekkers. The trek from Gorak Shep to Everest Base Camp takes around 3-4 hours and offers stunning views of the Khumbu icefall and surrounding peaks.
