Karl shakes his head, resting on of his hands on Sapnap's chest, "You are plenty patient," he taps his hand against Sapnap's skin and bones, he feels like if Karl just pushed a little bit more he would burst through all the muscle and all the tissue protecting his heart, if Karl pushes just a little bit more he could open Sapnap's chest cavity and devour what is truly his.
