On December 31, 2029, a sudden disruption left Earth's nations, including Japan, unable to communicate with other countries. However, this was more than just a technical failure-it was a national crisis unlike any since the founding of the modern state. A glass heart starts to form when one confesses their love, and is rejected. The only way to cure a glass heart is for the victim to move on. If the victim does not move on, they will suffer for eternity as their heart slowly turns to glass and prevents them from feeling love at all. The victim would be cold and alone forever. 🌸 Marinette suffers from Hanahaki Disease. Hanahaki Disease spreads by not confessing your true love. Victims will cough up petals while thorns choke their heart. The only cure is when the beloved returns their feelings, and if they don't return the love, the victim will die. Japan, the Nation of War (How the SDF Fought)
This is the story of Japan, where a massive mass fluctuation (gravity anomaly caused by mass) due to a blackout and an earthquake caused it to cross spacetime, becoming physically connected to a mysterious continent. What will they fight against? Are there resources? Is there a possibility of returning...? The world they transferred to is a world with two major nations and many strange myths. Furthermore, it's the Dozar Continent, whose land connected to Japan's, leading to the outbreak of war. A battle against the hegemonic Sulphon Empire. Modern weaponry versus medieval weaponry. The Self-Defense Forces also face internal conflicts as Japan fights its way through while saving persecuted demi-human races locally. There will be many appearances of the SDF's weapons and equipment. While there might be some stretches in logic, I hope you can still enjoy reading it. Also, as time progresses, new weapons are developed in a way that avoids being too unrealistic. RELEASE: 2019 (TL INCOMPLETE)
Nihonkoku Shoukan: Beyond
After 2 major wars against two galactic superpowers, and the Garmillas refugee crisis of 2205, Japan, a part of the Earth Federation, now is seeing true peace. The rebuilding process is happening smoothly, with cooperation between citizens from all walks of life, between the Garmillian refugees and Terrans, and even the famous Shinkansen Maglev system is also rebuilt. However, one day, the people on the land of Japan woke up to a foreign sight. No known constellation, familiar stars, the moon, and neighboring landmass could be detected. Facing them is a planet of unknown, magic, and of possibility. Facing the crisis of transference, the people united once more, and again, the name Japan is re-recognized as a country. Her diplomatic corps is sent out on the rebuilt Japan Cosmo Navy ships, heading toward unknown lands, and contacting the nations of the new world. The politic of the new world however is a quagmire full of arrogance, hostility, and imperialism. "If diplomacy fails, then defend ourselves, we must" - proclaimed the newly appointed provisional PM of Japan, Heikuro Todo. The story of Nihonkoku Shoukan Beyond will follow Japan in the world of Space Battleship Yamato (2199/2202/2205) after their transference to the new world. This story is inspired by the original NHS and fanfics like Summoning America by DrDoritosMD. It will feature similar plots to the OG NHS by Minorou and the fanfics by other creators I have the pleasure to read. With this as my first English fanfic novel, please don't be too harsh. On June 5th 2053, Second Lieutenant Daniel Ramirez is enjoying his day in New York City when a strange purple dome appears in the middle of Central Park. Medieval soldiers pour out of the dome, along with fantasy minotaurs and centaurs; they start attacking everyone they can find. The United States quickly overpowers the invaders only to discover a portal that leads to another world filled with fantasy creatures and magic.
