Ichigo Momomiya looks like your average normal teen girl who happens to work at a maid cafe, however she has a secret!, she's one of many super hero girls merged with the DNA of endangered animal species, Her's is the DNA of the Iriomote Wild cat, she and 5 other mew mew's and one Mew Mew Ally; Mew Berry, form the group Tokyo Mew Mew to fight off alien monsters who have plagued the Earth.

Although they have fought all of these monsters for awhile they have an unwelcoming surprise of an alien race who had come for revenge not only that they seem to have a new technology up their sleeves to create portals to other dimensional realities of earth to merge with theirs.

During a battle to stop this, they destroy this tech!, but at what cost?!, it seems that destroying this technology did save the day but caused a side effect!, one world seems to have become connected to there's the evidence resides in 5 boys from that other reality of earth who have accidentally been transported to the world of the Mew Mews, And seems to have gotten their DNAs mixed up too when being fused with there Constellation's animals or symbols, they are called Saints and they need the Mew Mews help to return to their world and become normal again, they also seem to be searching for a missing friend of there's who they say is Athena the Goddess of War and Wisdom!?.

Can the Tokyo Mew Mew's do anything to help the Saints predicaments?, or will they be stuck in their world with their DNAs mixed up forever!

Every night along with the three, they are always seeing these weird dreams. Like scary visions of the future, like the two of them and their friends would be there riding giant robots as they fight off a Kaiju attack or when they're all grown up in the future but the dreams would act out as if they were in a movie scene. Were these weird dreams that may have been a real event? Or, this may be their so called memories? Is it really theirs? What will become of Y/n, T/n, and these three other characters along the way? Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
