After Secret of the wings we were all left wanting more of Clarion and Milori's love story. The movie gave us enough to make the plot line make sense but we wanted more. What happened between their fateful meeting at the border and Milori breaking his wing? Sparked by the mind of a bored teenager, this story is my interpretation of the before. Are you ready? "Do you have any idea how damn frustrating you are?" He trapped me between him and the wall. Stubbornly, I looked squarely at him, "You say this like it's news to you." He pursed his lips, clenched his jaw, and stared at me with darkened eyes before he closed the gap between us. I stared at him squarely as I felt his body heat radiated off me, my lips parted and my breathing picked up a notch. He placed one hand on the wall and brought his lips an inch away from mine as the other hand trailed up my arms, "I am going to make you feel my frustration." I ran my finger along his jaw and dared him with my eyes, "I'm Mila," I grinned, "You can try but we both know you won't succeed." He ran his thumb over my bottom lip, "Don't take my love for you as weakness," he stated and captured my lips with a fiery kiss. The road to love for Mila and Mitchell wasn't easy, but they finally reached their destination after many bumps along the way. Blissfully in love, they set off on another journey together but instead of the Highway, they hit the high seas. However, love and life aren't always smooth sail and they learn that when they embark on their adult life after college. Mitchell is trying to prove to his father he is worthy of handling the grand Clarke Empire one day while Mila is determined to make her mark in the medical world. Two strong personalities have finally accepted they love each other but both are set in their ways and stubborn with unbreakable egos. This is a fanfiction about a FanWing tribe called StoneWings that I made up. I didn't make Wings of Fire, that belongs to the amazing author Tui T. Sutherland. I don't own Fatespeaker, I'm just using her for this book. Lithic made her way around the caves expertly, hearing the scrape of her tail as it dragged behind her and the heavy talonsteps as she went to the deepest part of the StoneWing castle. As she neared the part of the castle, she heard the scrape of claws echo. Pushing forward, she made it to the deepest any StoneWing has ever gone . . . The StoneWing turned around to face her with a pained expression. Having stayed here most of her life, the StoneWing wanted to see the other caves again . . . And Lithic found herself facing possibly the most dangerous StoneWing. Aerolite never saw the lighter caves for her whole life . . . other when she was younger and she didn't know how special and dangerous she was. So when Lithic visited her and told her Queen Goldmine was looking for her, Aerolite was faced with a decision. Should she work with this queen who kept her trapped in the darkest and deepest part of the castle? Or would she stay here for the rest of her life? Queen Goldmine paced the throne room anxiously. She wasn't sure whether she made the right choice, calling for Aerolite. No doubt the StoneWing was angry with her for throwing her in a dungeon-like thing.
