It is 2024. The government has authorized and funded a top secret project to conduct certain experiments on teens who have volunteered. Certain experiments that would give a human powers unlike anything seen before. If it succeeded it would produce the worlds first super humans. And succeeded it did.
Now a group of super powered teens are rocketed into a world full of crime and murder. They must now fight to protect society from evil, and to protect it from themselves.
