Tsaritsa isn't the real cryo archon- that title belongs to Lilith Myra, the one who created Tsaritsa as a puppet. 

One upon a time, a lonely girl dressed in ice blue wandered the plains of solitude, dancing upon the light snow alone. There were no people, just gods and monsters. Full of loss and sorrow, Barbatos died, Makoto died, Rukhadavaka died, leaving Venti, Ei, and Kusanali in their stead. Why is it that nobody knows the true lore of what really occurred in that war?
