To prevent further loss of life and to fight this threat, Humanity once more turned to the KAN-SEN program, managing to scrounge up 7 active Wisdom Cubes from deep storage to fight the threat. These 7 Cubes formed 7 Space Going KAN-SEN who had a very tall order in front of them, identify the assailants, stop the attacks, and bring a lasting peace to the universe. Unbeknownst to anyone involved however, 2 of these KAN-SEN were not pleased with serving human masters.

Peaceful systems are plunged into the heat of battle, with many being ill equipped to thwart back the overwhelming separatist forces led by Count Dooku and General Grievous. One legion in the grand army of the Republic seeks to turn the tide, and bring peace and order back to the oppressed systems under the CIS. The 501st, led by the Young General Skywalker and Commander Tano, are dispatched on a grueling and treacherous mission to the planet of Mygeeto. Their mission is to retrieve stolen DNA samples from the Clone facilities on Kamino, with the separatists on the planet led by Admiral Tonkin, seeking to create a virus with the potential to wipe out the entire clone army and provide a swift and insurmountable defeat to the Republic!
