In another world, another universe where things are different. Events have changed and, in this world, the powerful spiritual abilities known as Stands have begun emerging mysteriously in the city of Brotherly Love... Philadelphia. These Stands have begun causing chaos as these new abilities are used for a large variety of things, and a mysterious force continues to manipulate events behind the scenes as two kids, Joseph "Jack" Jolionne and Abraham "Smokey" Collins-Brown get mixed up in this whole mess and try to get out of it unscathed- and hopefully with a big payday!
((This is an almost entirely original AU, appearances of familiar characters will either be very much changed or minimal and very little of the main canon lore applies to the AU set in 1978 Philadelphia...))
