When she jumps in front of Edmund when the White Witch stabbed her. Susan and Lucy were to late to save her, but what if instead of dying, she get transported to 2008 and inside Charlie's and Renee's first and only child. Not used to her surrounding and after Edward dump's her, she heard Aslan calling for her in her head saying she was needed winning back Narnia. She ends up helping the one and only Prince Caspian and together they search for her brothers and sisters that are back. With new discoveries that could either ruin or strengthen their bonds, read and find out. This will be a Bella/Prince Caspian love story. Oh and Isabella Pevensie doesn't look like Bella Swan, she has long blonde hair like Peter and green-blue eyes.
