2012 TMNT *Takes place in the last episode of season 2 and the beginning of season 3* Donatello x female!reader x Leonardo (not poly) ***Slow Updates*** After the take over of New York by the Kraang and Shredder and Splinters defeat, April, Casey and the Hamato brothers (with an injured/unconscious Leo) must escape. That's when April remembers that her cousin, Y/N, is currently running their family farm/home and decides to head there. During their stay at the O'Neil home to recuperate, the purple and blue masked brothers gain an interest in Aprils cousin, resulting in a little brother rivalry.

School's a total nightmare, and things at home with mom are a hot mess ever since dad passed away. Just when you're about to throw in the towel, you wake up in a hospital room, and to your shock, your dad's right there with you, but nothing makes sense with the memories you keep. Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. Plus, English isn't my first language, so sorry if the phrasing is a bit off. Just in case, I'll mention neither TMNT 2012 or the fanart used for the cover are mine. Clay's life seems fine, but is everything except from fine due to bullies ruining his happiness day by day. His grandpa is the only one who knows everything about him, but when he gets really sick and passes away, Clay's life completely collapses. To regain his control, he starts developing obsessive behaviour, getting so bad that it turns into OCD. The control he tried to regain gets lost even further with the day. But when the only place, his sport, he finds peace also gets ruined by bullies and his OCD, George is suddenly there to stick up for him when everyone else isn't.
