After losing the prophecy at the department of mysteries and learning of Lucius Malfoy's mistakes that cost him one of his treasured Horcruxes, Lord Voldemort, for the first time in an eternity, holds fear for his life. Determined to not let the bloodline of the great Slytherin die down, he casts a spell that makes the next fatherless child who utters the name of the dark lord without knowing its meaning his son or daughter.
Bathing in the evening light, he praises himself for his wisdom, for he thinks the child will be a member of the Order of the Phoenix, which will give him a perfect little spy inside its headquarters...
