The Shadowsinger and former second hand of the Spring Court have never been close. In fact, they have barely had any interaction except for the occasional "hello" or nod of acknowledgement as they pass each other in hallways or make accidental eye contact in meetings.
However, once Azriel started training Lucien, they grew closer. Even becoming unexpected friends, until one day when everything changed. For better or for worse.
